The staffs are helpful, nice and warm but the factilities are poor, especially the shower factilities will give you a feeling that you are in the poor country. The staffs are trying their best to fix it and let you feel good (the front desk has to wash the towels for all rooms, as well as doing the front desk work), but the factilities are old and bad (ie. Shower head and air-cond), the owner should spend much money to hire more staffs and hotel refurbishment.

Perfect hotel for us. The location was great. There is a cold water creek pub that is highly recommended. Charming town with nice people. Established businesses like Blacks Pharmacy were impressive. We loved the local fair and Artisan crafts . The breakfast was served buffet style in a large sunlit room. We were surprised at the selection. Great price for a hotel in prime season.photos are scenic area near the hotel. Picturesque area to drive through.

房間優點：自助早餐，相對於房價這個早餐內容可以接受有一定的性價比，基本的麪包、牛奶、麥片、雞蛋、咖啡都有還有腸，比較鹹。
房間缺點：設施陳舊，衞生間的排風扇噪音很大，房間的沙發很臟

the property wasn't maintained at all everything needs a good pressure washing and general cleaning
few things in are room we didn't like broken craked tile in every room
the water slide is right beside are room so we had screaming kids till past 10 when the pool closes
the deck was in poor condition almost scary walking on it
it also had a beer can with cigarette butts in it on the deck
the mini fridge was making a loud noise we had to unplug it so we could sleep
all the bedding towels had a weird smell like they sat wet in the washer for an extended time
the only thing we really liked was the spa style jet tub
the building needs a remodel renovation bad it has a 90s businesses man feel

This hotel needs major renovations. Door to the outside was in terrible condition. Frame broken and you could see to the outside when closed. Would never stay there in the winter. The key would not work on the hallway door. Light on night table did not work and there only styrofoam cups for cold drinks. Toilet was very low to the ground and difficult for seniors to use. Fan in bathroom was extremely noisy. No wash cloths. Furniture and room very dated. I would not recommend this hotel until renovations were done.

This property needs updating. The plumbing was backwards on all sinks showers jetted tub. Little bugs on the window sill and the curtains were falling apart. The tv was small for the size of the room. The room was near the pool end and had a hint of a chlorine smell. The air conditioning unit display was broken and not adjustable as a result
Check in time is advertised as 3pm. We arrived at 5 but had to wait a few minutes for the room to be ready.
The bed was was quite comfortable and the staff pleasant
